The terms governing the supply of leads from Impressd Leads to buyers. Plain-English summary first, full terms below.

Plain-English summary

  • You buy leads on a per-lead basis. No retainer, no minimum spend, no contract.
  • You only receive leads matching the vertical, sub-categories, geo and exclusions you set.
  • Bad leads get replaced under our public replacement policy. Sales execution failures don't.
  • You can pause or stop receiving leads any time. Unused credits do not expire for 12 months.
  • You agree to honour consumer opt-outs, contact leads in good faith, and not resell or onsell our leads.

1. Definitions

Lead means a consumer or business enquiry record delivered to you under these terms. Buyer means the business that receives leads. Impressd Leads means the supplier entity. Replacement Policy means the policy published at /replacement-policy as updated from time to time.

2. Lead supply

We will deliver leads matching your subscription configuration. Leads may be exclusive (delivered only to you) or shared (delivered to up to three buyers) according to your subscription. We do not guarantee any specific volume.

3. Pricing & payment

Per-lead pricing is set at the point of subscription and may be varied by us with 14 days' notice for prospective leads. Replacement leads are delivered at no charge under the Replacement Policy.

4. Replacements

The Replacement Policy is incorporated into these terms. Replacement requests must comply with the policy. We reserve the right to investigate replacement requests including reviewing your call logs and CRM activity.

5. Buyer obligations

  • Hold and maintain all licences, registrations and authorisations required to operate in your vertical.
  • Honour consumer opt-out requests within 5 business days of receipt.
  • Contact leads in good faith and not use them for products outside the vertical purchased.
  • Not resell, onsell, or share leads with third parties outside your business.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a lead is limited to the price paid for that lead. We do not exclude any non-excludable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Termination

You may stop receiving leads at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, breach of the Replacement Policy abuse provisions, or non-payment.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
